Gr*I*P is a queer feminist cultural and political group. We organise diverse cultural an political events in Hamburg, to hold emancipatory theory and praxis against gendered role allocation and heterosexism within and outside subculture. In Progress means, trying to develop ourselfs, questioning our topics and reflecting our behaviour. As we are different our interests are as well. That is why we are concerned with various topics and organise a wide range of events: concerts, parties, lectures, exhibitions, workshops, discussions, bar evenings, demonstrations whatever... The locations are as variabel as the events, for we're trying work decentralized and make ourselfs at home in many rooms in Hamburg. Despite this multiplex claim a fundamental agreement of our activities is substantial. We are still in progress (hahaha) and working on collectively political standards. So far we agree in the refusial of heterosexism, faschism, antisemitism, racism and ableism, just as the requirement of a critical perspective on society and power relations.
